All parts sold and services rendered by ZUKUNFT Racing Services are intended for off-road/closed-course competition use only. The user assumes all risks associated with high-performance driving.
Due to the extreme nature of motorsports, parts and engine builds are sold "as-is" without a warranty, unless explicitly stated in a separate service contract.
All designs, CAD data, and "ZUKUNFT-spec" technical revisions remain the property of Zukunft Racing Services.
ZUKUNFT Racing Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
